“It was a show that took about 10 years to complete with the final series. Looking back, it was a long time ago. It has been a valuable and important experience to be able to work with the original work as an anime until its completion. At the end of the final episode, I intentionally included the line “See you again!” that was in the original story… but that’s exactly what ended up happening. It really feels like home. It’s been a while since I drew Natsu and the others in a storyboard, and I felt nostalgic. It’s like I was drawing them just yesterday. Maybe because we’ve been together for so long, we feel like we’re friends and family. The whole experience is just so fun and has a class reunion-like atmosphere. Seven magicians who belong to the magician guild “Fairy Tail” are set to take on the legendary and difficult quest ‘100 Years Quest’. This time, the cast includes Natsu who uses fire dragon slayer magic, Lucy who uses celestial spirit magic, Gray who uses ice modeling magic, Elsa who uses conversion magic and Wendy who uses sky dragon slayer magic.
